MI-WI Patrol Service – a reliable house checking business that has been in the same family for decades is looking for more customers who would like to have their house/property checked when the owners are not here to watch over things themselves. Kelly and Leah Simons will visit your place once a week to check for unlocked doors, open windows, break-ins/vandalism, storm damage, inside temperatures in winter, snow load on roof, aerators and more. They will also do an inside check if wanted to keep an eye on temperature settings, well pump turned off, lights out, and watching for plumbing leaks. Will also check LP tank levels when needed.
