  • 8/29/2009 Board of Directors Meeting By-laws rewritten. All lake AIS search planned. Record low water requires boat landing retrench. Slalom course gone.
  • 6/20/2009 Board of Directors Meeting Shallow water buoys Okd. Committee appointed to update BOLROA By-laws. Water level continues to decline.
  • 5/23/2009 Board of Directors Meeting Lowest water in decades. “Danger Low Water” bouys to be pursued. 100′ no-wake zone law. Black Oak clarity
  • SPRING 2009 Membership Newsletter AIS Grant specifics. Low water levels and protective actions we can take. Bike Trail progress. New 100′ no-wake law.
  • FALL 2009 Membership Newsletter Last summer for slalom course. Lake survey results. Drought continues with water at 75 year low.
  • 7/3/2009 Annual Meeting 74 fifty year pins are now out. BOL named state’s clearest lake. Lake history book has sold out of all 500 copies!
  • 7/18/2009 Board of Directors Meeting Water clarity remains high. Boat landing repairs planned. Investigating means for electronic meeting attendance.
  • 9/19/2009 Board of Directors Meeting 2010 Beach Inspector situation discussed. Hours vs dollars plea will be made.
