How to update the Photo Galleries

  • How do I update the Photo Galleries?
    • Photos should be at least a file size of 200 KB or dimensions of at least 500 PX on each side in order to look good in the photo galleries. If the photo meets the criteria, proceed. 
    • Decide which photo gallery the photo should be in.
    • Login to the Admin Site, click on Media Library Folders Pro on the left side
    • Click on Images
    • The top 15 or so folders are all for the galleries. Click on the folder that corresponds to the gallery you want to update.
    • Double check you are in the correct folder!
    • Click Add File on the top left
    • Find your photo
    • Click Upload Image
    • Double check that the photo was uploaded to the correct folder! (this is buggy)
    • In the Admin Site, click on Pages on the left side
    • Search for the page you want
    • Hover over the page title, and click “Edit with Elementor”
    • In Elementor, click in the area you want to update
    • Click the pencil icon on the top right corner of the photo gallery you want to update
    • Now on the top left it should say “Edit Basic Gallery”
    • In the images section on the left, click the garbage can icon
    • Click Delete
    • Under “No Images Selected” click the plus sign
    • Find the folder where the images for this gallery are, under Images.
    • Select your photo, and enter a caption on the right side under Caption.
    • Select all of the other photos in the folder one-by-one
    • Click Create a New Gallery (lower right)
    • Click Insert Gallery (lower right)
    • In Elementor, make sure Image Size is Large – 1024×1024, and Columns = 2
    • Click the green Update button
